Distillery Tour, Tasting and Gin & Tonic Masterclass - Down
Meet Fiona, David & Team
Meet Fiona and David Boyd-Armstrong and enjoy a guided tour of their impressive Distillery located on the grounds of their family home, Rademon Estate. Fiona and David have travelled the world honing their skills and have worked tirelessly in order to realise their dream of producing premium Spirits and rekindling the distilling tradition within Ireland. And so, the dream started with gin, a spirit Fiona and David had always been enthusiastic and passionate about. Each and every bottle is a labour of love for this couple and is a true representation of the land on which they live. Shortcross Gin is inspired by the rich lush grounds of the Rademon Estate. Wild clover, elderflower and elderberries are foraged on the estate, to give aromatic and floral notes, apple crispness and sweet juicy hints. David and Fiona have remained true their humble beginnings by continuing the tradition of hand signing each bottle of gin produced at their distillery.
