Tour, Taste & Dine at a Craft Brewery - Kildare
In 2015, a light bulb moment led Ronan Kinsella to make a decision to create his own craft beers. Ronan, a proud Wexford man initially wanted to create a brew beer in commemoration of 1996, the year the Wexford hurling team won the All Ireland. The process was a lengthy one with a lot of trial and error and a number of years spent reading, researching and brewing. Ronan’s efforts have certainly paid off, culminating in the creation of “The Dew Drop Brewhouse” in 2019 which today boasts 3 core products which he is very proud of. Such is the success that a brew school for all the budding brewers is on the cards too.
